It may be that you are feeling stuck with some aspects of your life, or grappling with a decision.

I work with Individuals, adults and young people (16+)

Why Creative Integration?

Creative Integration therapy, although not a new approach, is the way I describe what i can offer to you. Creative Integration Therapy aims to ‘integrate’ a number of different therapy approaches with the aim of  finding a way of helping with whatever is troubling you.
I integrate psychotherapy approaches from Counselling, Cognitive analytical Therapy (CAT),  Compassion Focused Therapy (CFT) and the use of creative methods such as art making, creative writing and use of miniatures.

How we would work together.

I offer a safe, confidential space to allow you to find ways to manage patterns that may originate from your past, but are 'showing up' in your present. The origins of these difficulties may not be obvious to ourselves, or those around us, and can manifest as symptoms including anxiety, depression, or compulsive and self-harming relationships with ourselves or others.

I hope that we can enable a  warm, compassionate, and collaborative therapeutic relationship as the bedrock for working together. I am curious about what makes you unique and keen to help you to be the expert on your  life and experiences.

Testimonials

"Firstly, thank you. You have been my outlet to express exactly how I’m feeling in ways that am sometimes not capable of doing with my loved ones due to fear of upsetting or hurting them. You have made me aware of the often conflicting thoughts that my mind contends with. The part of brain that tells me that I should be feeling or doing better versus the part that offers compassion. You have also helped me identify feelings such as resentment, frustration and grief. These emotions were largely foreign to me and you enable me to explore and try to understand them. A big part of me feeling like I’m trying to do my best has been attending sessions with you"
